Once known as the second greatest city of the Earth Kingdom, Omashu has now fallen under the iron talons of the Great Phoenix King. Dubbed "New Ozai", it has now become the reflected red and gold glory of the mighty fire bird and its Emperor. New Ozai is located in the Kolau Mountain Range in the southwestern part of the Phoenix Empire's vast territory. The city is built on a number of hills, and is surrounded by a wide gorge. Heavily fortified, New Ozai is now littered with blazing red pagodas and the crimson insignia of the Fire Nation.

Sozin's Island is a small island located off the southern coast of the Phoenix Empire, serving as a flourishing trade port as well as homestead for the military of the Phoenix King. In times long past it was once famous for its courageous Kyoshi Warriors....not a trace of them are left. The statue of Avatar Kyoshi has been shamed, burned and far removed, replaced by a flaming statue of the Emperor Ozai in her stead.

Gaoling is a vast town situated within the treacherous mountain ranges of the Southern Phoenix Empire. It is nestled deep within a valley of steep rolling hills, and has strangely maintained its nationalism. Oddly enough, the city has been allowed to keep its designated name and hosts a variety of people from the impoverished to the rich and lavish, catering to Fire Nation nobility. This legendary city was known for being the birthplace of the Greatest Earthbender in the world, one whom has vanished since the Fall of Aang.

Formerly the impenetrable city and proud capitol of the Earth Kingdom, Ba Sing Se, Huo Jian Yu, known as the "Prison of Fire" is little more than a vast shanty town, a prison colony surrounded by the walls which once protected the city which stood there. Now encased in steel, the walls are guarded by massive iron fortresses. The prisoners are forced to work mines underneath the prison and any who resist... are burned. Men, women, and children all...
